Brian Balthazar also enjoyed a career as a visual merchandiser and graphic artist in his early years. He went on to pursue a career in television, where he currently produces home design and real estate shows for television, and enjoys an oncamera career as an entertainment reporter, pundit, style commentator and journalist on a number of network and cable shows, including NBC’s TODAY, The Joy Behar Show, The Wendy Williams Show, TV Guide Network specials, and many more.
He is also currently editor of POP Goes The Home’s partner site, POPgoesTheWeek! – a daily update on the latest in Pop Culture, Entertainment, viral videos, and more.
Brian also enjoys spending his spare time beautifying spaces for friends and clients. He has appeared on television as a design expert and also attended the New York Flower School.
As former longtime manager of Williams-Sonoma retail stores, he knows his way around a kitchen. (And a bar!)
Dennis St Germain has a passion for homes – not only does he style them, decorate them, and stage them, he sells them! While not finding new projects for POP Goes The Home, he’s selling luxurious properties as a real estate broker in New York City.
While he started his early stylings as a retail visual merchandiser, he eventually brought his unique sense of style to the homes he listed… often giving spaces in need of love a fresh, clean look to increase their value and prep them for sale.
Dennis attended the New York Flower School in Manhattan and has lent his talent for gardening and flower arranging to events and weddings in the Big Apple.
Along with Brian Balthazar, the pair has been known to seek out, scrounge, and dumpster dive the tri-state area for furniture that is often just a few fixes away from fantastic.
He also enjoys a passion for food, both in and out of the house, and sharing the flavors he enjoys most here on POP goes The Home!
